Ever wonder what your favorite celebrities’ salaries look like? Parade has revealed its list of Hollywood’s Top-Earning Money Makers in the mag’s annual “What People Earn” issue.
The entertainment rich list takes a sneak peek at what a bevy of actors, musicians, radio and television hosts, and even comedians earned over the past year. Perhaps not surprisingly, TV titan Oprah Winfrey — who rolled out the red carpet for her Opran Winfrey Television Network in January — landed the top spot. The Queen of Talk earned $315 in 2010.
O was followed by the estate of the late Michael Jackson, iconic rock band AC/DC, and actor Johnny Depp. It’s a good thing Jay-Z “Put A Ring” on Beyonce – the singer-actress-designer was on fire in 2010, pulling in $87M, while her hubby held his own with $63M. Interestingly enough, the sum wasn’t substantial enough to earn Hov the top spot on Forbes’ recently-released list of hip-hop’s wealthiest rappers. Lady Gaga and Sandra Bullock rounded the Top 10.
Tyler Perry had a great year, as did Judge Judy jurist Judith Sheindlin, Twilight’s Taylor Lautner and the former ‘Two and a Half Men’ star Charlie Sheen. Healthy paychecks also went to Emmy-winning talk show host Ellen DeGeneres, radio and television host Ryan Seacrest, real estate mogul-turned-reality star Donald Trump, and Twilight actress Kristen Stewart.
